Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ToolsPara (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at https://toolspara.com, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website.
1. Files and data you enter into our tools
Our tools are designed to work locally in your web browser. Images, PDFs and text you process with our tools are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Numbers you enter into calculators are processed on your device. Some tools (such as the word counter) may save your input in your own browser’s local storage for convenience; you can clear it at any time.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics services may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited and the time of your visit. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic and show advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at www.aboutads.info. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through a Google-certified consent message.
5. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited and time spent, using cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us at contact@toolspara.com.
7. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Third-party links
Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
